Having covered everything he has released for over a year now, talented Liverpool-based singer-songwriter Lewis Cromby is finally releasing his debut EP, The Sun Shines Now. Taken from the EP is ‘Don’t Dream It’s Over Now’, a catchy acoustic-led track full of influence from songwriting heroes such as Oasis. His unique voice is what takes the track to another level, but his ability to weave a catchy melody is a seriously impressive feat. Seeing as he made it into our 2018 roundup and we’ve had a chat with him about what it means to release this album, it’s safe to say we had high hopes that haven’t been disappointed. - Dan Peeke
